AI practitioner / cattery owner / documenting life in Osaka
I am Will (Luo Fangyuan), based in Harinakano, Osaka, running both Fuluck Cattery and FuluckAI. My work is not about abstract AI hype. It is about connecting AI to real operations. I use an OpenClaw multi-instance setup to separate engineering, content, and execution roles, then route tasks across different models for coding, Japanese copywriting, research, and client communication. In practice, that means turning kitten records, inquiry replies, and SNS asset management into repeatable workflows inside the cattery, and bringing those same real cases into AI training programs for teams that need implementation, not theory. This blog is my public notebook for what actually works: building agents, running a small business, living in Osaka, and learning through both wins and mistakes. I do not rely on one model for everything. I split tools, context, and agent roles by task so the workflow stays reusable, handoff-friendly, and easy to improve.
